It felt like slipping back in time as we enjoyed sukiyaki made with special Matsusaka beef, which accounts for only 4% of the beef in the market. The sweet fat of melt-in-your-mouth Matsusaka beef and the handpicked vegetables each have their own unique story. Savoring sukiyaki while listening to local folktales truly makes for a luxurious experience you won't have anywhere else.
