This lone industrial-style cafe in the warehouse district of Minami-Awaji was converted from a cold storage facility for onions. The view of the onion fields spreading in front of me gave me an extraordinary sensation. The burger with fried onions, which combined the sweetness of onions and the umami flavors of meat, was delicious.

Take a drive toward Naruto-Ohashi Bridge and you will find an outdoor recreation facility. Here, you can enjoy camping in the mountains and sea, fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddling, horseback riding, and farming on the southern tip of Awaji Island. I interacted and swam with dolphins at the dolphin farm and was healed by the gentleness of the dolphins.
