The Nagaragawa Railway is a cute red local train. On the day of the visit, the train was wrapped in decorations of creatures living in the Nagara River, with illustrations of numerous fish inside the train! It was a relaxing, slow train ride listening to the comforting voice of the conductor and taking in the atmosphere together with local passengers. There were other passengers from overseas to enjoy taking pictures with.

Yamakusu Park is the best place for cherry blossoms in Minokamo City. More than 500 cherry trees bloom from late March to early April. Its lawn area has colorful playground equipment and pedal-operated water guns for children. There is also a stream running through the center of the park to enjoy playing in! Above all, the cherry blossoms are absolutely beautiful.

The deli food that the chef prepares goes perfectly with the marupan. The chef has made thousands of marupan recipes in collaboration with pupils of a nearby elementary school! This lovely lunch that is beloved by locals is just the thing to recharge the batteries.
