A BASE to Discover the Unknown Charms of Salmon
As the name suggests, this Michi-no-Eki (roadside station) is all about a local specialty, salmon, and is full of salmon-related products! A variety of delicious dishes prepared with salmon is served in the food court. It made me feel how much the locals love salmon, making me enjoy salmon even more than before. In the fall, you may see salmon migrating up the Chitose River next to the premises.
